Thanks guys!
Constellation Quest is the first Vertu geared towards businessmen who desire a bit of prestige over traditional BlackBerry offerings. I recently switched over from the old Ascent Ti and I like it a lot. I think they did a great job keeping the sportiness of the TI and succesfully incorporating all new business-oriented gadgets.

I don't think Bill Gates has a phone like that. How is it that you decided to buy one? Just curious. I mean it is just a phone right or am I missing something. I know through friendships and past work associations some people that have some BIG money and have never even saw a phone like that or even heard of the brand. Again, sorry but I am just blown away that anyone would buy $7800.00 phone.

^ I hear what you are saying brother.
But remember, to each his own.
My dad would come and personally kick my ass if he knew I had spent $200K on a car or $20K on a watch.
Everyone has something they will splurge on.
My brother is very well-off. He drives a Camry and the soles of his shoes have holes in them. But he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on travel with his family.
I have been on a plane less than 5 times in the past 20 years.
One man's trash is another man's treasure.

The only reason Vertu isn't so popular in US is because they have not gone through any serious advertising campaigns to get their name out there like in UK and Asia. In fact, I bet nobody here has ever seen a single page of advertisement from Vertu on any single magazine out there. Their brand has been growing super fast especially since 2007 in UK and Asia. If you guys look at the watch section in this forum, 10k or 20k for a watch isn't new. The dealer price for those is probably less than 60% of MSRP. How much sapphire does it take to make a watch? I, for one, dislike spending too much on watch but totally see the money worth it for a Vertu.
