This is the 5.7 L V10 stroker for the M5.
Now Dinan has developed another stroker for the new M3. It is a V8 stroker which makes about 530 to 540 crank hp.
I had not heard of the V10 stroker going in the M3 but why not.
Alot would have to be done to the M3 to balance out dynamic and suspension issues with putting a V10 in there, but it has been done successfully.

^ Very true. Hamann just did an M3 with the M5 V10 making *only* 550hp. That one is quite well-balanced, but still struggles to put the power down off the line. Should be interesting to see what another 80hp will do, but if anyone can make it dance, Dinan should be able to.
