If you own a 3 Series, you're probably familiar with RSBS (Rear Shock Blowout Syndrome). This widespread condition affects many 3 Series cars, and is caused by a congenital weakness in the rear shock mount design. Symptoms include knocking over bumps, pogo-sticking, poor handling, and shock rods poking their heads above their normal installed height, looking for a mount to hold them steady.
