135i to 1M body conversion

Hey guys, so my 135i has been a trooper. It's daily driven and has 30k (yes, 30) and it's a 2012. It's FBO with JB4, meth, intercooler, etc, plus it's lowered on ADV.1s, rear diffuser, wrapped matte black, and a few other mods.

Last weekend someone backed into my driver side rear quarter panel. It will definitely need to be replaced so I figured I might as well take advantage of this moment. I immediately brought my car to LT BMW and we're more than likely doing a full OEM 1M wide body. Along with that I'll be switching wheels to accommodate the wider fenders. I'll be going to ADV10 Deep concaves in 19x9.5 and 19x11. I will also be painting the stock brembos, but the color is not decided yet. And last but not least, I might be changing the color of the car. I'll paint it the same but might lose the matte black wrap for something else. I really fell in love with that red 1M.

This is my car as it stands now:

I hope to bring you guys some pictures of the whole process! Does anyone happen to know what exactly is involved in the front? Besides the obvious bumper, side skirts, fenders, etc. What else is needed? And any idea on cost of the front essentials? Thanks!

I really have little to no knowledge but I'd imagine its quite expensive . But I'm looking forward to the finished project and wish you the best of luck!

Thanks! I actually have made some updates. This was originally typed out last week! Here is my most recent updates that was directed towards someone that wanted to know costs. I hope this helps for anyone else thinking of doing it!

"Front bumper: $439.90
Front Fenders: (2) $286.71
Side Skirts: (2) 197.80
Rear Quarter panels: (2) $678.83
Rear Bumper: Not sure yet but it's around $500.

Paint and labor is still being sorted out. Also has to be wrapped. The rear conversion with labor, paint, parts, and wrap (rear quarters/rear bumper) is coming out to $6,400.

Still have to do the front too, but the parts are ordered."

Front parts are being picked up today and taken to the shop tomorrow. Just waiting on the backordered rear quarter panels. Should have some in progress photos tomorrow!

Don't forget about the exhaust Tony. You will need a custom rear muffler for the 1M rear bumper

Good call! LT, the shop I'm working with, told me not to worry about the exhaust and they'll take care of it haha. I trust them!

Is this what you as a garage owner or wtv are paying for the parts? or retail?
That's cheap for some M parts!
