If Porsche's lease were just a little more like BMW's, they'll sell metric sh1t ton load more of their products.

Yep, 1200 with 7 MSD, 1500 over ED invoice, and 1000 from BMWCCA rebate.

BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO WHORE THEIR CARS OUT!
A client I'm working with balked at the Panamera 4's monthly payment. Stating that his 7 Series was over $100k, and HIS payment now is less than the Panamera 4.
Well; it's simple really. BMW produces 7-8 times more cars than Porsche AG. To support those numbers you need over inflated residuals and heavily supported money factors and incentives.
No really. Most American's are spoiled by heavily subsidized leases. If cars cost really what they're supposted to there would be FAR fewer luxury car drivers. If leasing went away tomorrow, I'd be willing to bet a 45% reduction in high end luxury sales at MINIMUM.

Porsche's cars (especially today) command the price they're asking. Do better prices help me sell more? Absolutely. Would I mind that? HELL NO. Andy you'd be getting a new P whip from me, I assure you!
But I understand how the market plays out with Porsche, after all, it's my job to.
