Thinking of a e46 m3... advice needed
Hey Guys. I'm thinking of getting back into a e46 m3, since I absolutely love the car and miss my '02.
I wanted to ask the pro's here what they thought of the engine longevity and if it was smart to be picking one of these up that had 45k miles on the motor.
Also, any other advice, heads up, or things to look out for is greatly appreciated.

Hahaha, full circle, huh? I find myself looking at them too. From what I have seen, the motor is pretty stout and 45k miles shouldn't be an issue at all. There are so many of them running around with turbos and superchargers with no issue, so I think that speaks to the strength of the bottom end. If you can, go for a competition package car. Ah yeah... the update kit. I knew there was something I was looking for 
If I do it, it'll be a 2006, so that issue should be taken care of, no?

P.s. Ara, its definitely going full circle. I just always find myself looking at the e46 and wondering why I didn't keep mine.
