The ad is called 'shooting star' and I guess you should make a wish when a star falls. So he wishes he can be out on the roads alone driving in a car that's focused like a m3.

But I think the ad is from MB, not from BMW. I wouldn't have understood it if it came from BMW though, as it's would be negative in either way for the companies.
