I've got to reiterate that it is a great spec as well.
Would love to do European delivery at some point in my life.

Very nice! Congrats. So you bought the car straight from Germany and traveled to Germany to collect it? I figured if you had done that they you would have bought Euro spec as opposed to US spec?

congrats! how do you drive it back to the US? do you have to register for a german plate first and then deregister it?

car is built to US spec at the factory in Bavaria. We as U.S. residence get to order the car just as anybody else does but get to take it for a spin around Europe, then bring it back to the factory or the port for the car to be shipped to the U.S.

the car CANNOT stay in Europe because or pricing is much lower than that of the rest of the world
