There a ton of deals for these cars both new and used. You really don't have to look all that hard to find them.

 

296 new M3's on Autotrader. Coupe, sedan and 'Vert.

 

You should be able to get 500 over invoice easily without any negotiation.

And for leasing, you should be able to easily get buy rate as well.

Oh, and go sign up for Drive for Team USA and get 1K off towards the purchase of the car.

And if you are CCA member for a year at least, another 500 bucks off.

And finally, if you have ever been a BMWFS customer, I believe the loyalty program also applies now.
