M3 sedan lease keeps getting better

So, the residual for June is now 63% for 10K mile 36 month lease, and the money factor is now 0.00190 instead of 0.00200.

My payment drops another $11.65 to $843.41 including the 9.75% CA sales tax a month, so I save another $419.4 over the term of the lease, which pays for 6 months of my cable bill.

Not bad for:

Melbourne red
Speed cloth manual seats
6 speed
Convenience package
Competition package
BMW Assist
SAT radio
fold down seats
BMW apps
Sunshade

Get them while the deals are hot before the M3 sedans are done, which is this year.

Dude that sounds like a great deal. I've test-driven the sedan and it's really good. I might consider that route too. Keep me informed what you end up doing.

That is an awesome deal on an awesome car. I would've thought it would've been significantly more $$$. Go Stuka!

My friend just ordered an M3 droptop, 80,000 and some change MSRP + tax and tags his payment is 865 a month for 36 months 12,000 miles a year with zero due at lease signing only first months payment.

M3 Vert has insane residual, the sedan one is good but not as good.

If you want a sedan you need to act fast since the production is ending in less than three months.

Yes, USED.

You only have less than 3 months to spec and get a new one.

And for me, I had to order one, because the chance of finding a used M3 sedan with manual cloth/leather seats, no sunroof, and manual is basically 0.

Also, if you want a personal color, you can pay 5K and get it, before time runs out.

And lastly, at 800 bucks a month, you are better of leasing. And if you really like it, you will come out even as if you have taken out a note, because of the low lease payment.
