Sorry fellas but this new 5'er is a PIG of a car. Might as well toss a MB badge on it and call it a day.

Sad days these are for BMW imho.

not to mention those guys look like a bunch of old fogies lol

^^IDK amigo I am really looking forward to a this new M5, really loving the design and happy about an X-Drive Variant for the NY winters.

I wonder what they mean at 2:25 "the sequential and automatic transmission(s) are tested for flawless function." Maybe the xDrive AWD models will get an autobox and rwd dual-clutch...?

The F10 M5 will be a soul successor to the E39 M5 imo. Understated styling and class leading performance.

I love BMW. To the core. I just feel they've wandered off their own path and now are followers where they were once leaders. Unless they change their direction (doubtful) the differences between Mercedes and BMW will be very minimal. Mercedes ability to learn, adapt and apply has greatly out weighed that of BMW of the last decade.

personal opinion of course, and they are good solid cars. But driving BMW's do not give me the sensations that I used to get.

I'd still DD a E90 M3 coupe fo'sho.
