This is at a lokal car dealer 3 minutes from my office, the dealer is specialized on Alpina but sometimes also M cars.

It appears to be Atacama Yellow.

could also be dakar yellow (especially since there is a dakar yellow car locally), depending on the lighting, hard to say.
