What are the general thoughts on this car?

I had a deposit on a tii until I found out it was just going to be a 135 with a bunch of dealer-installed parts. IMHO it's overpriced for what it is, but probably my favorite new BMW in a long time. It's a little rocket ship and with an ECU upgrade and a full exhaust, you'll see some pretty significant gains.

Too closing in pricing to the 335 when equipped nicely. Not to mention it's a bit on the stubby side.

If they could build it for $28K, it would be a a run away hit. $40K is just too much.

Agreed. Cool car, looks good in person. But when optioned out, just too close to a 335 in price.
