That car belongs to Tony Kanaan. It's got some really rare parts on it (OEM CSL interior, one off Active Autowerkes single turbo), but unfortunately he ruined the look with some of the exterior parts.

And it looks as if some of the parts don't fit properly either.

TK's black m3 was sick. V-GTS stuff is a little too blingy imo...but what I wouldnt do for that CF interior and the CSL seats!

Questionable taste on the exterior. Those seats are pretty nice though.
