2010 M5 Satin Gard™ Full Wrap by Premier

Customer initially was coming in for a Clear Gard wrap (aka clear bra / paint protection film) and decided to switch to Satin Gard™ after seeing what it looks like on two other vehicles being worked on with this product. Switched to Satin Gard™ and the rest is history!

Just a bit of background. Satin Gard™ is a dual tone film designed with protective capabilities like paint protection film (clear bra). Unlike the various iterations of "satin" products on the market, Satin Gard™ is measured in at 8 mils thick whereas typical vinyl is only 1.5-2.5 mils.

Here's a teaser with more photos to come soon.

that won't affect the paint when you take it off right?

As long as it is installed onto quality OEM paint, the film can be removed without any residual effects. Satin Guard™ is not to be mixed up with all the satin and matte vinyls on the market. It is a true clear / satin protective film rated at 7.5 mils thick to not only add a unique sheen to your paint, but will also provide similar protection to traditional paint protection film (clear bra).

For those outside of our area, Satin Guard™ can be purchased through us directly and you can source out a quality clear bra installer for this application.
