Exclamation NEED YOUR HELP car won't start!!

Hello everyone,

So after a 5 month wait for my car to be shipped all the way around the world, it finally arrived this week. Today they called me to see them open my container and for me to see my car. Car is good just 2 tiny scratches on the two right wheels, and a small scratch behind the right side rear door. I had to get my car out, and when I got in the lights would turn on but won't start! So i though maybe if jump start the car it would, and sure did it turned on with a very very rough idle for about 3 seconds and turned off. Any idea whats wrong with the car?
Thanks guys

Start with the basics first. Is there gas in the car?

Could be just about anything. What sort of car is it? Many cars can act crazy if it's been sitting sans electricity for a while, which it sounds like yours has.

What sort of rough idle? Does it run on all cylinders?

Sorry to hear about this, hope you can get it to work and fix the curb rash on the wheels and scratches etc.

Almost does sound like they drained the tank before shipping, then you burned what small amount would be in the lines and done. Get a gas can and put a gallon or two in it and retry.

I started with the basics, car had about 40 miles to the gallon and I added another 3 liters thinking that maybe the car did burn what was left in the tank but still wont start. Its a E60 M5. I got advice from COB to restart the battery so im going to give it a shot, if it works then Ill drive to the dealer for a check up if not well just a flat bed to the dealer and let them deal with it. Wish me luck guys!

Hello guys,

Seems like battery is completely dead. Took it to the dealer this afternoon for a check up, they'll get back to me tomorrow. Hope all is well...
