The 1M coupe will be offered in three colors - Alpine White, Valencia Orange and Black Sapphire. Black Boston leather with orange stitching will be the only interior color option. The newest M car is powered by a N54 twin-turbo 3.0 liter Inline-6 engine revised by M engineers to produce 335 hp, 332 lb-ft (369 lb-ft overboost), with redline at 7000 rpm. Weighing in at around 3300 lbs, test drivers were able to get the 1M around Green Hell Nürburgring Nordschleife in 8:12. Ten Seconds faster than a E46 M3 and only a few seconds off the mighty E92 M3 (8:05) coupe's lap time. The BMW 1M will be featured at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show where official pricing will also be announced.

FML I have been telling myself how this car would look perfect in white. I guess I was right!

1M in Alpine White definately looks too plain.. But M3 GTS as always, stunning!

 

I never really liked the 1-series, but my oh my I love the 1M

 

White looks great on this car. IMO, better than the orange they were promoting the car with. White looks more "classic BMW" to me. Suits the car nicely.

I love the white, I would do it with nav delete because it looks horrible and I hate anything run through iDrive. I hope you can order white stitching maybe through customization? that would be perfect!
