Thanks Jason! Yeah, I just traded in the Si and ended up with the M3. It's a 2008 with only 7,600 when I bought it..now up to 8,100 haha.

I might road trip with it up to Seattle next fall so maybe you can do a photo shoot of the M3 and teach me a few things about photography!

Congrats on the M3, its gorgeous! I hear that Jerez Black is a great looking color in person. Were there any other cars that you were considering or have you been fixed only the M? I ask because I am considering the m3, it seems like a great car. Would you say the performance lived up to your expectations or much more?

Thanks! Yeah, Jerez is a beautiful color. When the sun hits it there is a hint of a navy blue tint to it which I personally love.

I was considering a lot of cars. I feel like it's closest competitor for the price was an Audi S5. Obviously the S5 is meant to compete with the 335 so performance wise it isn't quite as good as the M3 but it was definitely on the list. I also looked at the 335is. I did love that car but they just started offering it so it was a bit out of my price range.

Overall I love it so far! I got the car with 7600 miles on it and even with it being winter time i've managed to get it up to 8200 miles so far. The performance is CRAZY and I haven't even had a chance to really open it up yet. I mean, I had a Civic before which I thought had some good getty-up but the M3 simply blows it out of the water!

I hope this helped, if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

Jerez black looks a lot like carbon black. And Jon, I'm proud of you for going with a manual version over the dual clutch version.
