Price in Holland is 85,000 euros...

That is almost the same as the M3, but expect some more options on the car for that price. It is about 25K more than the new 135i + options.

It is way too expensive... I expect it to have a netto price of around 50K with some options. But not fully loaded!

That is a hell of a lot of money for a 1 Series!

I can get a used M3 for a lot less than that and I can even buy two 135i's for it... One for the track and one for the street of course.

So I am choosing that instead of going for the 1M. I truly love the car, but I am not willing to pay that amount for such a small car. It is still a 1 Series BMW.

Although does not mean I want to put it against the RS3 Sportback and check which one is the best.

There is one car I would pay 85K or a bit more for and that is the new Audi Quattro Concept, because it is unique and based on heritage.
