Is it good? The facelift M5/M6 will probably get it too which means even worse resale value of the old one

That will be no concern if you happen to find M5/M6 with a manual tranny.

drove the car yesturday!!!!! the new tranny is awesome i was hoping it was like the m5/m6 tranny ,but hot damn the upshifts/downshifts are so quick and smooth !!!!!! way better than smg III good job bmw.I now have decided between c63 or M, M all the way !!!

yes the dct is a must in this car shifting is quick in m mode its a beast, and also very smooth when driving it regular

i passed by Vista today and finally saw the new M3 in the flesh - simply amazing
saw an IB coupe (6spd) IB 4 door (6spd) - also first time i saw the `135 -- i really really like it
also saw the great travesty - X6 -- damn that thing makes me cringe
the salesman told me there was one more M3 in the back with the DCT - didnt know whether it was a coupe or sedan -- but im keeping my baby at least another year
