Arrow New M3 GTS track video and interview with product manager (great footage!)

Here's a great new video of the M3 GTS running on the track at Ascari, Spain. Turn up those speakers for some pure aural delight! Also some insight from Rolf Schneibner, product manager of the M3 GTS about what's so special about this hopped up M3.

The BMW M3 GTS is powered by a 4.4 liters V8 engine that delivers a total of 450 HP. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph is made in 4,4 seconds, and top speed will go up to 189 mph.

The M3 GTS sits on 19-inch wheels with ample 225/35 tires at the front and 285/30 at the rear. The car only weighs 1490 kilos thanks to the use of lightweight parts in the interior, the use of Macrolon for the car’s windows in the back, and the lack of air conditioning, navigation and radio. Of course the missing rear seat also helps get the scales down.
