too heavy? -Yes, would much rather track a E9X M3.

understeery? -Yes. I'm just an amateur but it is noticeable in high speed turns.

awesome? Maybe as a GT car but not at the track.

Just my 0.02...

Its more than a boulevard cruiser, it can be tracked but the stock setup isnt that bad. You can have a component setup such as KW's which are nice for both street and track, get better tyres, LSD list goes on.

Having a quick look at specs, it seems as if the same V10 engine and 7 speed paddle shift is used in the M3, M5 and M6, so only the chassis differs.

In which case yeah, I'd rather have the M3!

The specs I was reading were wrong, M3 is a V8.

Seems like it'd be a MUCH better track car and indeed my previous car and track car were both M3s.

hmm

In Texas?

Don't 'really' want to be squashed by a F150 in a traffic queue so there are out!

We have a Z3 right now and its so front heavy even in road driving, dont really like the dynamics.

hmm....I did not track an M6 yet and I have to admit that it def does feel heavier than an M3 but...

if well modded it can be a very nice to and daily driver at the same time

that's why I'm considering it as well

oh,and the V10 sound with a nice aftermarket exhaust system is intoxicating!
Ask Mike S

The E92 is nice, it looks even better with aftermarket tasteful mods like Mike S M3. It looks best in Red, Grey, Blue or White.
