Oh i think you are right BUT EM is NOT! That is why i do all my own work and dont buy anything from them! Dont expect much from them, i doubt you will even get a service package, maybe maybe maybe ext warranty. GL and keep us updated.

It's just the transmission. To lemon it would be a bit of an over reaction.

Thats what warranties are for. To fix things. It's a car.

I say let them replace the clutch and flywheel to try and fix the problems. If that doesn't work then go back to the dealer with your request. I think a new car is a it drastic as well.

they are going to replace the flywheel, clutch and the gearbox ..

but as a fair gesture they should at least offer me something .. dont u think

Hamad, don't worry about it.. it's just a gearbox, getting it replaced was the best thing that could have happened! Enjoy the piece of mind bro!
