I really like that combo. It's sporty, but tasteful, IMO.

I'd prefer all black Sport seats w/ aluminum trim, but I don't mind the silver inserts. Titanium Silver/Sport with Silverstone inserts and aluminum trim is very handsome as well.

Check this out stuka.....apparently, two very low mileage M5's.

2000 with 1,935 miles: RM Auctions

2002 with 69 miles: RM Auctions

Here's the link to the post on m5board. I wonder how much these would go for?

I hope that they didn't make the same mistake that 4K mile Imola owner did and never bother changing any fluid in the course of 10 years for the 2000, and 8 years for the 2002.

If you want to not drive the car, fine, but the fluids still need to be changed out regularly. Otherwise the car is going to cost a boatload of money to make them road worthy.

Just to be safe, I am having the shop replacing the brake fluid, power sterring fluid, tranny fluid, diff fluid, oil, and coolant before we fly to OR to pick up the car.

Oh, and BofA is a pain in the ass to deal with for a car loan. I almost feel like disregarding my financial advisor's advice and write a check for the car because it is so much simper. Though to be fair, my financial advisor does do a very good job at saving and making us money...

Bump, I remembered that you were looking for a white one, and here's a nice one that just came up for sale.

Wow. Sessy. Pretty much the only color on an E39 M5 that I've never seen in person. And relatively low mileage too.
