I think I saw that one on ebay. If I get one, it will likely be an '08. There are a few of them around for decent prices.

I think I remember reading on the forums that the '08 and later cars had some minor updates and fewer issues. Also, if I were to get one, i'd want it with remaining warranty.

All E60's from 08 onwards were LCI's ( Life Cycle Impulse ). Meaning they had a minor facelift and interior updates.
