Lightbulb Silly E-Brake PRoblem

A few days ago my "Park Light" (E-Brake) light on my dash went on even though the E-Brake was disengaged. In the beginning of this whole ordeal the light would only come on when I drove at very low speeds or came to a complete stop. As a few days passed the light stayed on no matter what speed I drove, now it flickers when I drive over a bumpy road.

I went ahead and took off the e-brake boot and looked at the assembly underneath. I tightened the cables and made sure the wiring assembly was good, everything looked good.

Then I went ahead and took apart the center console to look for any brakes in the wiring, nothing. Everything was fine.

The best results I could get is the light will get dimmer and brighter when disengaging and engaging the E-Brake I cannot get it to shut off.

Any ideas?!?!?!?!?!?
