Same reason someone might prefer an S63 over an S600. Less weight, better handling, and maybe a bit more exclusive. I wouldn't mind either 7 though, I think the new 7 looks fantastic. The nose is so refined and aggressive at the same time.

But the Alpina has that special look (minus the graphics of course).

I love this thing. I think it's actually going to be a lot less expensive than a 760.
