Looks like Frank's twin M3
After speaking to Frank at CEC, it was interesting to learn that every part ACS makes is extensively tested, and has a purpose beyond aestectics. Their coilover set up for this car is really amazing!
I didn't know ACS has an ECU tune for the M3...maybe it's not a US option yet.
