How comfortable is this (or any other sailboat) for passengers at full tilt (45 degrees at knots)?

No way that baby leans over at 45 degrees, more like 15. For reference our 40 feet leans over about 18 degrees max.

Wally's are light so if you spec them with a good keel they will be comfortable as the boat will settle into a certain angle and dance over the waves rather than to try to smash through them.
