read an article on this a month or so ago... they are offering tons of really interesting custom build options like a swimming pool with a glass floor so its a skylight as well... I'd worry about parking that in direct sunlight (magnifying glass effect?).

I think it looks awesome, really different from everything out there. I hope it gets built and somehow shows up here in Boston, or even Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
