Well it’s been a busy week here at TSM. We have had several projects in the shop getting ready for the GA 1/2 mile event this coming Saturday. As I’m sure many of you saw we just made 1222WHP on a Boost Logic 37R car a few days ago. Well today we are putting another monster on the dyno to start the final tuning process.

This car is going to be yet another animal! Equipped with our iron sleeved TE400 engine (4.0 liter) and ETS’ Turbo kit. The turbo kit houses twin GTX35R Garrett turbos and we also opted to test out their new “BIG” intercooler kit to flow all the air those big snails are gonna push out.

Yet another awesome thing about this car is that it has one of the first “quiet” ProMax transmission upgrades in it from our friends at Shep Trans. We currently have a few ProMax cars at the shop, but this is the first of the new style…It is much much quieter then the older unit, and the customer is very happy about it. I’ll try to get you guys a comparison video in this thread.

Aside from the soon to come amazing performance this car is going to produce, this thing is absolutely stunning to look at! So much so that I had our media guy go a little overboard with the photos….so be prepared for lots of them. The car, the kit, the intercooler, engine…all of it is just gorgeous to look at.

Just for some added information I have taken the extra time to assemble the car with the old Greddy intercooler on it for the pump gas dyno tune, after that I will be pulling the car and installing the ETS big intercooler for a back to back same boost comparison of what it does to the power. While I think it would be much more drastic once we turn up the boost, it will be interesting to see if it makes spool or power differences at 22-23 PSI.

Final numbers guys!!!!

We stopped the tuning at 35.5 PSI of boost....she is getting loaded in the trailer to head straight to the 1/2 mile event now!

Super excited to get some 60-`130 numbers up at this event from this car. It will be running PS2 street tires, so boost by gear tuning will be very needed

Final grap.....

Drum roll......

So we did a little impromptu 60-130 testing yesterday with this car......I through together a little video to try to give you guys a good perspective of speed.

I think the car actually has a little bit more in it as it didn't even spin in 2nd gear on this run...however i'm gonna call a 3.74 good enough and give this girl back to its owner

Hope you enjoy the video!

Insane. I've ridden in a modded GTR and it was stupid fast...I can only imagine something like this.

You should head out to a mile run after this event. I'm waiting for the event down here in Miami.

We remove the factory liners and install our custom spec/built sleeves in their place. Very very little of the factory block is cut away.
