Make sure that the maintenance records check out properly. We have P800's with over 30K miles and as long as they are properly serviced you will have no issues.

talked to him this morning in great detail. dont think its that great of a deal. they are going to wholesale it to the local nissan dealer who I also know. Nissan friend says they are going to ask $59K for it (paying other dealer friend $53,500) So they took it on trade and paid $52,000 and flipped it the next day for $53,500. Not a bad days work.
