Red Delicious from Japan - LFA shoot from Nue Vue

Our good buddy Dave from Nue Vue Photography sent us these stunning LFA shots the other week, and if you are an LFA Fanboi you are in for a treat. The LFA's steep price of admission has left many heads-a-scrathin' but our very own Jesse Taylor changed many opinions around here with his fantastic three-day test for Teamspeed back in December 2011, nothing the engine of the LFA reminded him of a favorite here, the Porsche Carrera GT.

"This comment will rattle a few cages, but the LFA's V10 reminds me of that in the Porsche Carrera GT. If anything, it’s even more inertia-free than the superbike-like Carrera GT, revving from idle to 9000rpm in just 0.6 seconds. According to engine designer Takamitsu Okamoto the original redline target for the LFA’s 4.8-litre V10 was 10,000rpm. It was reduced to 9000rpm, he explained, to meet Toyota durability standards. Still, the LFA’s 1LR-GUE engine has pretty impressive outputs; 412kW at 8700rpm and 480Nm at 6800rpm."

Now if only this LFA didn't have chrome wheels! Well you can't have it all, or can you?

Oddly enough I spent most of my time looking at the blonde in the first pic and the Aventador in the third picture.

Good shots though! Like the LFA....at half it's price tag.

 

Saw this exact same combo at caffeine and octane in march, looks stunning, great pics!

 

Why would anyone chrome those wheels. Oh I am sorry it's Florida.
