I think I have ADD-Which set of wheels should I get next?

So basically, in the course of 9 months, I've swapped my stock wheels for a set of bronze Work 11r and then a month later swapped them for a set of gold Advan RS. Now, with my winter wheels on and my Advans sitting in the garage with worn tires, I figure now is the perfect time to step up to 19s.

This is how my car sits right now

Now the question is, what (affordable) wheels should I get next?

Advan T7s are on clearance right now, I can get a set for about 2k in either Gold or Silver.

There's also a couple sets of Weds I've been eyeing, each just slightly above 2k.

The SA55M

Or

The SA67R

Suggestions/opinions would be much appreciated. I'm looking at wheels available in 19x9-19x10 and would prefer to stick with Japanese wheels.

I think right now I'm favoring the T7 in gold, but the SA67R are really growing on me.

forget the T7's that design dates back to early 2000

SA55M or Advan RS and keep 18's. Get coilovers instead

Thanks for the quick input guys. I think I'm going to go for the SA55M in 19x9.

The Volks are nice, but they're pretty overdone for STIs now. If I was tracking the car they'd be my first choice.

Coils really aren't needed for my car. I'm not looking to slam my car, I'm more or less trying to emulate the stance on this white STI.

We have the same drop, but the wheel gap on his car is smaller due to wheel size, offset, and tires.

Hi,

I like how the car looks now.

Not helpful, but I'd spend the coin on better tyres and some track time.

Cheers,
Nik

Thanks Nik!

I'm getting new tires regardless . I'd love to track my car, but I'm drowning in school work/gmat prep atm

Hi,

If you are keen to do some tracking in the future, I personally wouldn't advise stepping to 19's. Anything over 17's is generally just for aesthetics on a Scoob.

There are financial benefits when you start to track of having a smaller wheel - low pro tyres look nice, but they're expensive and they won't really get the most out of your awesome car.

Enjoy her! I'm jealous!

Cheers,
Nik

It's perfect as it is. Buy some other stuff instead.
