Lexus confirms LFA Ring Edition lap time of 7:14:64
Driver Akira Iida clocked a lap time of 7:14.64 on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife on August 31. The special edition LFA did it using its standard-issue (road-legal) Bridgestone Potenza RE070 tires.

I wish they would have put the microphone near the exhaust pipe. It doesn't sound that great with that setup inside the cabin. Then again when you post a 7:14 lap time, there isn't much to complain about
