My 2012 GTR, enjoying the heck out of it
Well we got it just in time (i put a deposit on it before the earthquake) I figured i would post up a picture or two and take the time to thank this community for giving me the opportunity to drive and own such a cool car. Unfortunately with whats going on in Japan right now, its pretty rare.

I traded in my 750hp sc 06 viper coupe for this, not regretting it at all. Although initially I wasn't so enthusiastic on the GTR, once i drove it, it became my "automotive viagra" I sell performance parts for a living and over the past 28 cars lost my love for performance automobiles, this really has made driving anywhere fun.
The comments this car gets/looks is downright hilarious. I rolled through a muscle car show and an older gentleman asked if it was a mitsubishi...then you have the misinformed younger kids thinking its either a time machine, or their friends car is faster...whatever the case is, it sure is fun.
thanks for looking
Josh

you are correct. i've had 3 vipers, while they are fun, they are a handful. Im at the point where i don't race, im in SWFL so the heat from the motor coming inside the car isn't needed. GTR is pretty stiff, but not as bad as the viper on motons. the local cops knew to look for the copper viper so this will throw them for a loop.
not only is it easier to drive, it has all the gauges, good sound system, nav and upgrade the viper doesnt. the dsg trans is MUCH smoother then my smg M5, the only quirks that annoy me...reverse back up cam= crazy loud beeping to that of a dump truck, and automatic mode shifts at about 1500 rpms...but who uses automatic mode anyway.
