Not in the production version. Every test and review we've seen on the car was of the pre-production models so there are going to be 'kinks'.

Well you're in luck. No one can buy pre-production models! 
I think the GT-R is the only car that's been bashed more. Many times, the bashing is baseless, though. The internet can allow people to skew a ton of information. Bad information, unfortunately, becomes viral.
