LFA came into work today

I actually kinda like it from the rear and side but the front ruins the look. That, and the performance isn't up to snuff.
As DJ said, for $100k, this car would be awesome. Heck, for 997TTS money, they'd sell a bunch of these. The problem comes from Lexus/ToMoCo trying to make it exclusive. That's all well and good, but they'll lose money on it, and aside from being rare, it's doesn't offer the performance needed to justify the pricetag.

My opinion of the LF-A is as follows:
It's an amazing piece of machinery. It is good looking (although not in yellow), pretty fast, and a great halo car for Lexus. But on to the problems... They are doing everything MB did wrong when they released the SLR. And then multiplying it by schfifty-five.
Except maybe the mass-production.
If this car were 150k, people would still be saying, "oh, but I can get two GT-R's for that" blahblahblah. But the thing is, at that price there would be tons more interest in them. Make a few thousand of them, and make a sweet profit for Lexus and ToMoCo.
I just think it's a nice car and all, but who in their right mind would actually pay almost 400k dollars for one? With faster, better-looking options out there the LF-A seems like a joke.
P.S. I really really really hate that shade of yellow.
