In a recent test vs the z06 and 997tt it posted up good numbers but a good deal slower then both from 100mph on up.

I must say, I'm curious to drive one to see what all of the hype is about, but seeing that its suppose to be a sportscar and 3800 lbs I must say I am damn spoiled and hardly anything thrills me now a days :/

 

Hehe sorry dude! Probably should have mentioned it actually, we went out to a private day organised by Peter who owns the V8owners forum. Its focused on Holden's/HSV's and Ford's/FPV vechiles. Majority of them were holden's (coming to the US as the Pontiac G8 I think). Plenty of LS1/LS2's and a local blend of Skylines out there for the day.

I only did 5 passes though and only 2 on full noise. Wanted to get through the day in one piece, not break anything and give myself a good baseline for next time.

Although I expect the V Spec and Evolution varients of the R35 will be able to run very close to a 10 out of the box.
