Awesome. I think the hype surrounding these is finally dying down and the real car guys are finally having at them - which is revealing how great they really are (for what they are).

Not yet, but based on the 996 GT2 and 997TTs I've driven, I highly doubt they are comparable.

I wanted to share a difference of opinion regarding the 996 gt2 vs GT-R. I've had the priveledge to have driven my GT-R on Daytonas Rolex set up and managed a lap time of 2:08. I'm by no means a professional driver but did very well, I did not lap the Rolex in my ex GT2 but can assure you that it will not come close to that time.
