> The VIP Thread <

Just thought it would be cool to have a thread dedicated to the up and coming VIP scene. I had a 04 G35x Sedan that was on its way to being a VIP car back a few years ago, now it seems everyone is getting onto this tip.

Def not for everyones tastes, but if done correctly, VIP cars are piiiimp

Are VIP cars just slammed JDM's with massive chrome rims? I usually just call that

the black LS430 looks even more like a 2 gen old S class with those AMG lookalike rims.

Not usually....

Some features of a VIP car are:

- Sedan (usually larger)
- SLAMMED (usually air suspension)
- Deep Dish wheels (high offsets)
- Stretched tires
- Loud exhaust (most VIP cars are V8's)
- Luxuary appointments inside (cutrains, tray tables, etc)
- Low-hanging body kits

Like i said, ghetto fab to some, cool and stylish to others. I guess seeing a pack of VIP cars prowling the streets of Tokyo at 3 in the morning really gave me a new persepective on the whole VIP scene...

Not at all. I didnt take any offense, just assumed you didnt know much about it. VIP cars, done nicely, are what the CEO's/exec's drive in Japan. Def not ghetto for their culture...but it has been butchered by those in the US (like many things) to come off as a "cheap" style look. Makes me mad...

PearlCoupeG35, no offense but your G35 was in no way VIP.

Here's one of my favorite:
