That's OK. I assume ArenaMotorGroup is in the car business, thus we would apply a higher standard of warranty-reading-ability to them. Fail!

Russ, I love how your signature has "real" written in bold, caps and is underlined. And all of this before it became hip. You're so ... what's-the-word.

This thread was set up because my friend could not get his car warranty because he was the second owner. We have been fighting with Nissan for 5 weeks. I guess showing people the booklet wasn't helpful. I will keep to myself from now on guys, sorry.

Sorry about your friend but nothing in your original post suggested that you created this thread for any other reason than to allow us to mock the absurd GTR warranty.

Jason, I think what people are trying to say, and correct me if i'm wrong, is that in your original post, you stated that the Warranty is void for the second owner in the first 6 months of the vehicles life. You also posted a picture of the manual to back that up. However, what the manual actually states is that BOTH conditions 1 and 2 must be met in order for the warranty to be void. As long as the car is not registered outside of the U.S., this should not be an issue. Also in light of the guy who had his warranty canceled for disabling the traction control too many times, the GTR's warranty has become the laughing stock of the performance car crowd. Hope this helps smooth things over a bit. Sorry about your friends troubles.
