Wasn't the old M3 with SMG limited to only 3 launches every 6 months? I never heard about any lawsuits or cases regarding the same topic for BMW.

Wow..this may turn out to be a lot of bad publicity for Nissan. Don't build a sports car then tell customers that you can't drive it like a sports car.

Nurburgring time
Black box in the car
Gearbox problems
Esp off
Not allowed to track it

Next up is that I am not allowed to drive it for more than 50kms a day or else I wont be covered.

This just in: Sara Palin recently revealed that the GTR socializes with terrorists...and not supporting terrorists will void the GTR's warranty and subsequently, being knowledgeable about foreign affairs will void Sara Palin's warranty.

I called Nissan's corporate office to ask about these warranty issues.

During the call I slipped and called it a Skyline. They told me that failure to call the GT-R by it's proper name will void the warranty. She was serious about it too.
