Paleo

Does anyone on here follow this way of eating? I do not use the word "diet" because this is more of a change in eating then a diet.

There are about 20 to 30 people in my company that do this and they swear by it. As a result, my wife and I decided to try it, and it has been amazingly good. I am back down to my weight from 1999. I am exercising (got back into tennis) and working out so it is all coming off around my waist.

Paleo and Crossfit are hand in hand, but I haven't tried Crossfit yet.

I know a bit about it. Long term it's difficult to maintain.
I know of one person that hasn't been hurt yet doing cross fit. The other 100 that I've heard of have all been hurt. Some even requiring major joint surgeries. It's a great program but you need perfect form and don't let anyone drive you beyond your breaking point.
If your goals are purely cosmetic the most important change you can implement is reducing the amount of forklifts you do on a daily basis. That's 80% of the battle

I'm not doing Croasfit myself. I play tennis and do 200-300 pushups every other day. (reps of 40-70) The pushups have changed my body a lot. I've been doing them for about 2 years. I barely changed my diet until recently.

I am on day 17 of The Whole30® Program | Whole9 | Let us change your life.
So far, it's great. It's kind of the gateway to paleo. After the 30 days I will do regular paleo. With so many in my office doing it and swearing by it, I've got to try.

I really don't have huge pecs. Definitely in shape in my chest, but not 'huge'. It's a lot more tone than bulk as a result. It's also helped my abs more than I expected.

I have been doing this Paleo for sometime now, and I am as well in crossfit. HUGE difference in terms of health and especially during workouts. I do have those cheat meals though, cant live only on a Paleo diet

I started doing paleo 3 years ago and I think thats the best investment in my health I ever did. Everyone should try it for at least a month.
