HAHAHA! That is home cooking at its finest. "Unlike other reviews we aren't going to bow down to the P1 hype." The Porsche sounds better, drives better, is more useable on the street, the top comes off, and the 918 beat the P1 on the track even without proper setup. So what happens next? "Hello McLaren, you lost on the track. Better send a ringer with more track focused tires." Ahh, now we can say that McLaren won on the track.

That was as transparent as it gets. Hilarious

That said, both are amazing cars!

So where are all those who went bezerk over the Huayra tires used on the TG lap?

They were also Trofeos.. although maybe ( and this is a big maybe) hand cut..

Still trofeo Rs are specified on Pirelli website as Race tires.. and extreme caution is needed in wet conditions..

Where do we draw the line?

Pagani stated in that whole shabang that the Trofeos is an option for the Huayra like they seem to be for the P1.

Ain't no way in hell that p1 really smoked the 918 around N ring ( atleast not without slicks on).. no wonder they played their cards close to the chest when it came to that time.
And then we have Ferrari whom the verdict is still out on, as they are as tradition being A holes with the Lafer..
So all in all Big up to Porsche, heaviest, far superior hybrid system and creature comforts at a earth shattering pace without any shady business.
