Driving Manhattan Island in a Porsche 918 Spyder: Electric-Only

We all know how mind-boggling fast the new Porsche 918 Spyder hypercar is via all the video reviews posted over the past year, but we've yet to see a journalist test out it's electric only capabilities in an urban jungle. With that being said, Mike Spinelli from the /DRIVE network decides it was time to fill that void, if there really was one in the first place.

Pretty cool...yet I wonder, did they really need to do hybrid ? give me this car with the NA motor only and drop the price a few hundred grand and I would be happy. I would never want to drive a car like hat on NYC streets. Thanks for sharing DJ.
