New GT3 Owner suspension question
Hello all I just found this forum. I purchased a Black 2010 GT3 with only 3400 miles on it a few months ago. I purchased from a Car broker who obtained from a Dr. in Southern CA. There was all documentation and service records. The car looks flawless and drove amazing. Ive had plenty of vehicles, first Porsche. The only thing I noted on the car was as you pull in or out very slow of a driveway or sometimes even on a flat service, you can hear what sounds like the noise from a front spring. The dealer told me that this Dr. had had the dealership loosen up the front suspension as the car was just too rough for him. Im not sure why you would buy a car like this and not expect that, but be it as it may. The dealer had a recent service report from Niello Porsche in Rocklin with everything checking out perfect on the car. I called and spoke with one of the techs and he confirmed the car was perfect.
My question is, is this truly a case of the suspension needed to be tightened up or is there something potentially going on? At speed the car runs fantastic and you hear no suspension noise what so ever. I found the Sharkwerks shop in Fremont off the website and it's only 30 min from my house. Any advise as to taking it over there vs. the dealership in probably Walnut Creek?
Thanks for any advise!

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I still have factory warranty left. I was interested in maybe getting some early Christmas presents for myself from Sharkwerks so thought maybe I should have them take a look, but maybe should just take to a different dealer? From looking all over the internet, appears to be a common noise on these cars.
Thanks

I owned a black 2010 just like yours.. creaks and noises are normal. Anything you need goto Sharky and by all means install the bypass I had it on mine and it is a symphony of sound.. I wish I lived 30 mins from Alex and his team of P car docs.
