Look production ready, whys doesn't the front bumper line up with the front fenders, seems either sloppy work or work in progress.

Oh it's far from being production ready.. It's a bit of a frankenstein now, for example brake lights from 997, side mirrors not final, so are engine covers / exhaust outlets.

The interior is even worse, wires and velcro everywhere!

I do have one question though, I saw that the exhaust pipe are near the roof. Is that legal. I always was told the the exhaust pipes need to be direct down so that you not blows exhaust gas in to peoples faces.

Is that true?

I'm not sure about this law but I guess different countries may have different rules. The exhausts will definitely stay on the top, the original prototype had side pipes if you recall. The idea I imagine is to have the exhaust gas travel the shortest possible distance.

Also standing behind the car the exhausts are pretty far away from you.

The exhaust was placed on top the motor so that heat generated wouldn't melt the batteries, which are placed behind the cockpit as low as possible. The technology and innovation that Porsche has packed into this car is truly astounding. Can't wait until Geneva.

Personally I think it be cool rather to have the air intakes on top, so that when it hits a certain speed that they raise, like they did in the NFS game.
