Eeek! Nooo, you have my favorite 3RS combo ever - please leave it as is.
At least promise you won't black out anything; it would look super dumb agains the blue. Sort of like wearing dark blue pants with a black suit jacket. Some things just don't mix with blue.

Decal delete for sure.
If you go black, you might want to choose CF.
I like it, but not more then gold.
If you must paint, I'd go for body color mirrors and winglets, all stealthy like..
