He asked about mine. Told him he couldn't afford it. And mine isn't track set up except as stock. Which is pretty good anyway.

Absolutely agree, unless the car is tracked very hard and put away wet, or wrecked and repaired.

Senna is an unknown quantity at this point
I agree, if I had one I would not sell it. I can't believe there was a black one at MSRP two months ago. I think it went for $185k.

Indeed. Though, some people have other motivations for selling sometimes.

Anyway, I also believe the 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 will retain value more readily than other variants (such as the GT2 RS).

(Not that I have anything against the GT2 RS; I think it's awesome, in a different way.)
